Steps to Upload Notion Docs to Build your Knowledge Base:
Download Your Notion Doc:
Open the Document: Go to the Notion page you wish to upload.
Export the File: Click on the
...menu at the top-right of the page, then selectExport. Choose a compatible format (e.g., Markdown, PDF) and save the file to your computer.Save the Document: Ensure the exported file is stored in a location you can easily access.
Go to Upload Page:
Navigate to the Upload Page: Log in to the descript.io app and either click
Knowledgein the nav bar or go directly todescript.io/app/knowledge/upload
Upload the File:
Click "Add Content"
Select the File: Click on "Add File" and choose the Notion Doc you just downloaded.
(Optional) Add a Source URL:
Enter the URL: Optionally, you can add a source URL that relates to the Notion Doc.
Click Upload:
Upload the Document: Hit the "Upload" button to complete the process.
Process Complete:
Confirmation: Your Notion document is now part of the Descript.io knowledge base, making it easily accessible for your GTM team.
